Entry Fee: $150 (Entry fee includes 2 tournament rounds, 1 practice round, and range balls before tournament rounds)
The field will be flighted after the 1st round scores. Players that are divided into the Championship Flight will be a 2 round cumulative score. All other players will start out even with the rest of their flight for the 2nd round. Shootout numbers will be drawn for each flight(with the exception of the Championship and 1st flight) and if the 2nd round scores improve by an amount of strokes greater than the shootout number, the player will be moved into the next flight up.
Shootout example: Player A shoots 84 on Saturday and is in 3rd Flight. All players in the 3rd flight start at 82 on Sunday. Player A shoots 75 on Sunday with a Total of 82+75= 157. A six is drawn as the shootout number which makes the lowest allowable score of 82+76=158. Player A shoots out up to the 2nd flight with 82+75=157.
Men will play from the White Tees on Saturdays round and women will play the Red Tees. Championship flight will play blue tees on Sunday and any women qualifying for the Championship flight will play the Gold Tees. There will be an option for anyone who is in the in the 1st Flight, before play of the second round to elect to move up to the Championship Flight for a 2-day Cumulative score and a shot at being the champion with a low Sunday round. The entry fee this year includes all golf and cart fees for 3 rounds(1 practice round and 2 tournament rounds). There will be $8000.00 in gift cards with six flights based on a field of 180 players. Range balls are included during 2 tournament rounds only. A tournament promotions package is provided which includes a gift pack, raffle drawing, hole-in-one and closest to pin prizes. The only thing left to pay on the tournament days is the optional cash skins games.
Cart & Caddie Policy: The use of caddies is permitted for the event, however only the competitor will be allowed to ride in the golf cart. Players must register their caddies prior to the round each day and agree to the rules governing caddie usage. Groups will consist of three competitors and will be allowed 2 carts(in the event of a 2 player group 1 cart will be allowed) and only the players will be allowed to ride in the cart. All caddies and spectators must walk during the round.
